Entry-Level Dental Assistant – Dallas, TX

Monarch Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking a positive, dependable, and patient-focused Entry-Level Dental Assistant to join our team in Dallas!

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to start a career in dentistry. No experience? No problem! We are happy to train the right candidate in both clinical and administrative skills. As a member of our team, you'll work alongside experienced dental professionals to provide exceptional patient care while developing valuable skills in a supportive and professional setting.

• Assist the doctor chairside during dental procedures
• Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments
• Take X-rays and maintain accurate patient records
• Support smooth patient flow and provider efficiency
• Educate patients and help create a comfortable office experience
• Work collaboratively with clinical and front office teams

• TX RDA Certification
• CPR
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Team-oriented mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for creating a welcoming and comfortable patient experience
